Overview
The Firm, Contact, and Matter Feeds provide you with an overview of your firm's activities with respect to any client or matter. Activities that are tracked include:
Creating and updating Forms
Creating and updating Tasks
Creating and updating Invoices
Creating and updating Notes
Creating and updating Messages
Creating and updating Contacts
Creating and updating Matters
Creating and updating Events
Contents
Firm Feed
You can access the Firm Feed by selecting the Firm Feed ▼ button near the top-right section of your screen:
You can search your feed by:
The firm member's name
The client's name
The matter's name
The content of the resource that was created or changed (e.g. the name of an event or the content in a note)
The type of resource (e.g. "task", "invoice", etc.)
Contact Feed
You can access the Contact Feed from a Contact's overview page by selecting Feed under More ▼:
If you would like to filter the Contact Feed by category, you can do so by following the steps below:
Navigate to the Contact's Feed
Click the Category ▼ button
Choose the categories you wish to see
Click the Update button
Matter Feed
You can access the Matter Feed from a Matter's overview page by selecting Feed under More ▼:
