How Does AI Writing Assistant with Docketwise IQ?
As mentioned above, you can use AI writing assistance in several places within Docketwise. Below, we will walk you through how this is done on notes, however, the process will be the same regardless of where you are using Text Editing.
To use Text Editing, follow the instructions below:
Type out the text for your note
Click on the β¨ IQ icon
Choose the writing assistance option you wish to use
Select the Insert button to replace the text you wrote with the AI generated text
Select the Discard button to remove the AI generated text
Click the Copy icon to copy the AI generated text
Click the Regenerate icon to regenerate the AI generated text with the same prompt
Enable/Disable Docketwise IQ
The first time Docketwise IQ is clicked, users must opt in by clicking the Understood button.
Admin users who do not wish to allow any users on their account to access Docketwise IQ tools, can turn off Docketwise IQ from User Access Settings.
To disable Docketwise IQ tools, you can follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings > User Access
Uncheck the option for "Allow all firm users to access AI / IQ feature."
