Login Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues logging into your 8am DocketWise account, try the following:

  1. Use the latest version of Chrome:
    Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome as your browser.

  2. Check the login page:
    Make sure you are logging into app.docketwise.com.

  3. Clear session:
    Try loading app.docketwise.com/logout before attempting to log in again.

  4. Verify your username:
    Have your Firm Administrator verify your username.

  5. Reset your password:

    If you’ve forgotten your password:

    1. Click “Forgot your password?”

    2. Enter the email address you use for your Docketwise account.

    3. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link — follow the instructions to create a new password.

  6. Try an incognito window:
    Try logging into app.docketwise.com from an incognito window.
    Sometimes a browser extension can cause login issues.
    To open an incognito window:

    • Right-click on your Google Chrome icon

    • Select “New Incognito Window”
