Go to the Login Page
You can log in to your DocketWise account by visiting www.docketwise.com/login
Alternatively, if your firm uses a custom subdomain, you can log in directly from there.
Example: If your firm is Immigration Law Partners, your login URL might be:
immigration-law-partners.docketwise.com
Enter Your Login Credentials
On the login page, enter your email address and password associated with your Docketwise account.
Then, click “Log In.”
If you have access to multiple firm accounts, ensure you’re logging into the correct subdomain (firm URL).
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
For your security, DocketWise requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during your first login. MFA helps protect your account by verifying your identity through a second method before granting access.
You can choose to receive your verification code by:
Text Message (SMS)
Email
Authenticator App (such as Google Authenticator or Authy)
Once you enter the verification code, your login will complete successfully.

Remembering Your Device
When setting up MFA, you can select “Remember this device for 30 days.”
If selected, you’ll only need to complete MFA once every 30 days on that same device.
If you log in from a new or different device, you’ll be asked to verify again.
For maximum security, you can skip this option and require MFA each time you log in.
Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
Go to the Docketwise login page.
Click “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email address you use for your Docketwise account.
You’ll receive an email with a password reset link — follow the instructions to create a new password.
