With Docketwise, you can comment on questions, tag your clients or staff and have conversations right inside of Smart Forms. Here's how it works:
Inside of any Smart Form, click the comment icon next to a question to add a comment
Use the @ symbol and start typing your client's email to tag them in a comment
If your client hasn't already been invited to the Smart Form, you'll be asked to grant access
Once you've tagged your client in a comment, they'll receive an email notification with a link to the comment so that they can respond. Likewise, if your client adds a comment to a Smart Form, you'll receive an email and in-app notification, based on your Notification settings in your Settings tab.
