Introducing the New I-131F:
We're excited to announce a new addition to Docketwise's e-Filing collection: Form I-131F! Use Docketwise's Smart Forms to streamline data and document collection to make e-Filing a breeze.
Note: The I-131F e-Filing feature is only available on Pro and Advanced subscription plans. Additionally, this feature is currently in beta and must be enabled under your Beta Settings.
How this form is being rolled out:
The I-131F e-filing feature is being rolled out in two separate parts:
Part 1 (Available Now): This first part allows you to collect and fill in all necessary information for your I-131F application using Docketwise's electronic Smart Form questionnaire.
Part 2 (Available Now): The second part enables you to e-file your completed intake, seamlessly transferring all of the data from Docketwise as a drafted form on your USCIS account.
Why the two part release?
We understand the importance of getting your I-131F applications submitted as quickly as possible. By releasing this feature in two parts, we can provide you with immediate value by allowing you to start collecting and organizing your clients' information right away.
