Docketwise's integration with MotaWord brings professional translation and academic evaluation services from MotaWord right to your Docketwise account!
Once the translation and/or evaluation is completed and approved, MotaWord automatically sends the finalized documents to your Docketwise account. The finalized documents will be automatically sent to the same client/matter.
All MotaWord translations are done by professional translators and proofread by experienced proofreaders.

Setting up the integration
If it is your first time using the integration, you will be prompted to authorize the integration upon selecting your first documents to be translated. To proceed with activating the integration, you will simply click the Authorize button when prompted.
If you do not already have an account with MotaWord, one will be created for you when starting this integration. After having your account automatically set up, you will receive an email from MotaWord.
How it works
To get started, you will need to select the files you want to be translated or evaluated. After selecting the files you want to have translated or evaluated, click the More Actions ▼ button and choose the option for Translate / Evaluate (with MotaWord), which will take you to MotaWord where all documents selected will be added and processed for a real-time quote.
Once your document(s) has/have been processed, you can choose from the 3 available MotaWord professional services:
Professional translation
Certified translation
Academic evaluation
For translations, you simply need to select the source and translation language, while for evaluations, you only need to select the source language, evaluation method, and target organization.
Next, you will be taken to the payment page, where you can complete your order and download the quoted price.
