Share Custom Intakes Easily with Clients

Docketwise allows you to build customizable intake questionnaires using Docketwise's questions and the ability to make any customized questions that can be shared with clients. To learn more about Custom Intakes, click here.

To send your client the Custom Intake, you have a few options:

• Email/SMS

• A shareable link

• Sharing to the client's portal.

In this article, we will be covering the following topics:

1) Sharing a Custom Intake upon creating a client or new contact

2) Sharing a Custom Intake upon creating the Smart Form

3) Sharing a Custom Intake after creating it in Smart Forms

4) Sharing a Custom Intake to the client's portal after creating it in Smart Forms


1) First let's look at how to share a Custom Intake upon creating a new contact:

Here, you can share Docketwise's pre-made 'Contact Questionnaire' or any one of your Custom Intakes. These options only will allow you to share via Email or SMS.


2) Next, let's look at how to share a Custom Intake upon creating the Smart Form:

Here, you can create a new Smart Form or select any one of your Custom Intakes.

Remember, you must search for and select the desired contact under the Beneficiary role in the third column titled "3. Assign and Arrange". You can share the Custom Intake via (email, text, client portal, or a shareable link)


3) Now, let's take a look at how to share a Custom Intake after creating it in Smart Forms:

Once you have located the Custom Intake Smart Form, you can simply navigate to it. After opening it, you need to navigate to the Invite tab.

Here, you will have the option to share via Email, SMS, copying and sending a shareable link, or through the client portal.


4) Finally, let's take a look at how to share a Custom Intake to the client's portal after creating it in Smart Forms:

Once you have located your Custom Intake Smart Form after accessing the "Forms" section of your dashboard, you will be able to share it to your client's portal.

Simply check the box that corresponds to the client's Custom Intake, click the "More Options" button, and select the option, "Share to Portal".
