Overview
Once you have received a client portal invitation from your attorney/preparer, you can see any files and folders that your attorney/preparer has shared with you as well as upload files for their review.

Navigating Files and Folders
When first logging in to the client portal, you can see a brief preview of the files that have been uploaded to your client portal (either by you or by your attorney/preparer).
If you wish to view all files/folders shared to your client portal, simply click the Files tab or the See All option in the files preview from the main page.
From here, you can see all of the files and folders shared to your client portal as well as upload files and move your uploaded files' locations.
Uploading Files
If you wish to upload a file via the client portal, you will need to follow the steps below:
Log in to your client portal
Navigate to the Files tab
If folders have been shared to your client portal and you wish to upload to a specific folder, navigate to that folder
Click the Upload Files button
Add the files you wish to upload by dragging and dropping them or selecting them from your file browser
Click the Upload button
Note: If you have accidentally chosen an incorrect file, you may click the Clear button.
Moving Files
If you need to change the location of a file that you uploaded, you can easily move it. To move a file to a different folder (or outside of a folder), you will need to follow the steps below:
Moving one file at a time:
Navigate to the Files tab of your client portal
Locate the file you uploaded
Click the ✥ icon next to the file you uploaded
Use the folder navigation to select the file's new destination
Click the Move button
Moving multiple files:
Navigate to the Files tab of your client portal
Check the box for the files you uploaded and would like to move
Click the ✥ Move Files button at the top of your screen
Use the folder navigation to select the file's new destination
Click the Move button
