Docketwise allows you to customize your firm's notification settings to enable each user to only get the email notifications that they need.
Notification settings are located on the bottom left of your Docketwise settings.
When you go to this settings page, you see that you can choose whether email notifications go to a few different parties: the firm's admin (you can see who this person is in "user access"), the assignee (the staff member that is assigned to the particular matter), or all staff members.
Keep in mind that whatever changes you make to these settings will update for your entire firm. Be sure to consult with the admin/firm leaders to ensure that notification settings match your firm's preferences.
