Our immigration software integrates directly with Clio so that you can keep your contacts and matters synced across both platforms.
Once you have activated the integration, all your contacts and matters in Clio will automatically be migrated into Docketwise and vice versa. Thereafter, any time you create or edit syncing attributes belonging to a contact or matter in your immigration practice on Docketwise or in Clio, your changes will be reflected in both platforms.

The following attributes sync between Clio and Docketwise:

Client
Activating the Integration
In order to activate the integration:
Click on your name in the top right corner of your dashboard
Click on Account Settings
Click on Activate Clio
You'll be prompted to log in to Clio and allow Docketwise access to your account. Click on Allow Access when prompted.
That's all! You'll receive an email shortly notifying you once your integration is fully set up.
Deactivating Two-Way Sync
When you turn off two-way sync the integration will only send data from Clio to Docketwise and not from Docketwise to Clio.
