Our immigration software integrates with PracticePanther so that you can keep sync your contacts and matters to Docketwise. Once you have activated the integration, all of your contacts in PracticePanther will automatically be migrated into Docketwise. Thereafter, any time you create or edit a contact or matter in your immigration practice in PracticePanther, your changes will be reflected in both platforms.
In order to activate the integration:
Click on your name in the top right corner of your dashboard
Click on Account Settings
Click on Activate PracticePanther
You're be prompted to log in to PracticePanther and allow Docketwise access to your account. Click on Allow Access when prompted.
That's all! You'll receive an email shortly notifying you once your integration is fully setup.
Once your integration is active, changes to contacts and matters will port over to Docketwise in two ways:
Automatically: Every night, all of your updates in PracticePanther are synced to Docketwise
Manually: You can manually pull updates in PracticePanther over to Docketwise by clicking your name in the top right of your dashboard and selecting "Sync PracticePanther" from the dropdown
