Overview
Our integration with PracticePanther ensures that your contacts and matters remain perfectly synchronized with Docketwise.
Once activated, all existing contacts in PracticePanther will automatically migrate into Docketwise. Going forward, any time you create or edit a contact or matter in PracticePanther, your changes will automatically reflect across both platforms.
How to Activate the Integration
Click on your name in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select Account Settings.
Click on Activate PracticePanther.
When prompted, log in to PracticePanther and click Allow Access to grant Docketwise permission to connect.
That's it! You will receive a confirmation email shortly once your integration is fully set up.
How Data Syncs Between Platforms
Once the integration is active, updates to your contacts and matters will port over to Docketwise in two ways:
Automatically: A comprehensive sync runs every night, pulling all of your daily updates from PracticePanther into Docketwise.
Manually: You can force an immediate sync at any time. Click your name in the top right of your dashboard and select Sync PracticePanther from the dropdown menu.
