How to Reactivate your 8am DocketWise account
Rejoining 8am DocketWise gives you immediate access to your immigration cases, management tools, forms, and client communications in one secure place. Follow the steps below to reactivate your account.
We encourage you to visit our Learning Center, designed with you, your firm, and your client’s needs in mind. The DocketWise Learning Center provides outcome-based lessons to help you run your business successfully, focus on practicing law, and increase your firm’s revenue.
Go to the Login Page
You can log in to your DocketWise account by visiting https://app.docketwise.com/users/sign_in
Enter Your Login Credentials
On the login page, enter your email address and password associated with your DocketWise account.
Then, click “Log In.”
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
For your security, DocketWise requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during your first login. MFA helps protect your account by verifying your identity through a second method before granting access.
You can choose to receive your verification code by:
Text Message (SMS)
Email
Authenticator App (such as Google Authenticator or Authy)
Once you enter the verification code, your login will complete successfully.
