Pick which subscription plan works best for you and your team!

Overview

Docketwise has flexible subscription plans, making it easy for you to choose the best fit for you and your firm!

From the Subscription Settings page, you are able to select the following:

  • Your subscription level (Basic/Pro/Advanced)

  • Your billing frequency (Monthly/Annual for additional savings)

  • Your number of user licenses

Choosing Your Subscription Level

Docketwise offers 3 tiers of subscriptions, which are Basic, Pro, and Advanced, all of which include options for robust case management as well as our best-in-class immigration form automation.

In order to change your subscription level, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription

  2. Choose your desired subscription level

  3. Click the Save Changes button

Note: All users on your Docketwise account will have the same subscription level and are unable to be differentiated on a per-user basis.


Choosing Your Billing Frequency

For your subscription, you are able to choose which billing frequency works best for you!

When choosing an annual subscription, you will save approximately 15% (or $120/user/year). To learn more about our pricing on a monthly or annual plan, you can visit our pricing page.

In order to choose your billing frequency, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription

  2. Choose your desired billing frequency

  3. Click the Save Changes button


Managing Your User Licenses

Whether your practice is growing and needs to add more licenses or needs to downsize, you are able to either add or remove user licenses from your subscription.

Adding User Licenses

In order to add user licenses to your account, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription

  2. Choose your desired number of user licenses

  3. Click the Save Changes button

Note: If your account does not have enough user licenses to accommodate this new user being added, a user license will automatically be added to your subscription.

Removing User Licenses

In order to remove user licenses from your account, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Subscription

  2. Choose your desired number of user licenses

  3. Click the Save Changes button

Note: In order to remove licenses, you will first need to make sure that the number of users (active and deactivated) coincides with the number of your desired user licenses.
